A photograph a day taken in and around Leek and the Staffordshire moorlands
Gosh what a makeover! Seeing the first image again, I think it has lost some character in the process, but that seems unavoidable with restoration.
If only they'd painted the woodwork in that lovely greyish sort of green, like it was before. Not a fan of the brown. But it's nice that someone rescued it. It's a wonderful spot.
I so liked the "before" version as that was the photo that first caught my eye and kept me coming back to your site.
