Westwood collage Leek

A new addition to the new part of the old hall (if that makes any sense). The old hall established as a grange in 1291 by the monks from Dieulacres abbey and continually rebuilt and modernized it remained a private house until 1920 when it was turned into a school.

  1. Why would they have done this to such a beautiful old building? It's jarring.

  2. what strange hybridization... maybe I like it mmm

Anyway like the photo, great colors and reflections.

  3. I go to this school and have to say that the new part of Old Hall is awful. It really does not go with the old stone of the building. They shouldn't have been allowed to do this to a listed building.
