- Brett studied photography at Leek Collage, attaining both an ‘A’ level and a ‘Centra’ in Graphic Technology. He then went on to work locally in the photographic industry. He was an active member of Alsager Camera Club finishing his time there as chairman. After tiring of taking photographs to please competition judges, he left the club to concentrate his time on taking images that said more about the subject than the technical skill of the photographer. He won the ‘Britannia Art Award’ for 2005,2006 and 2008. His blog 365 to 42 was also Google Blog of note. His main body of work is divided between landscape and wildlife photography. A marvelous photo! One of the things I miss living in the States is a good old-fashioned English Pub. What a great institution!

ReplyDeleteAt last a pub shot again. As you know, I like pubs and photos of them.
ReplyDeleteAs new licencees of this pub,we'd like to update the photo ,as we've had a re-paint. Inside has also changed with a re-furbishment done in February this year. We have a large car park at the rear and do very nice bar meals and Sunday lunches . Booking are welcome on = 01538 398125.
