Appears to be a sturdy building but it would seem a heck of a lot of work to turn it into a hotel...probably a good idea, though.
Better to use these vacant buildings then let them rot. I've seen pics of many disused mills in the UK. Such a shame. Here they turn them into condos of course. Pricey condos.
